TikTok Creator Manager

We are currently seeking an organized and energetic TikTok Creator Manager to join our team in support of our partner company, Grafters Creator Network LTD. Grafters Creator Network LTD operates Grafters Agency, a rapidly growing TikTok affiliate agency who work closely with TikTok, following their official framework, to recruit, onboard, and develop talented creators, providing the tools and training needed for long-term success.

As a TikTok Creator Manager, you will support creators across the UK in monetizing their TikTok presence through live streaming, with a commitment of at least 15 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard UK-based creators across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Coach creators to grow their audience, increase engagement, and achieve monetization goals
• Analyse performance data and guide creators through TikTok trends, content strategy, and platform tools
• Act as the main liaison between creators and the agency, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
• Ensure creators are progressing through training programs, unlocking features, and following TikTok’s best practices
• Identify opportunities for creators to maximize earnings and engagement
• Collaborate closely with other Creator Managers and TikTok support teams

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, live streaming, and platform mechanics – mandatory
• Strong communication, motivational, and organizational skills
• Passionate about helping creators succeed and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience managing creators or content-driven talent – plus
