Track and Trace Coordinator

The Role: 
We are looking for ambitious and prospective candidates to join our Track and Trace team. You will be the pulse of our operations, ensuring our fleet moves efficiently across North America.

Shift Rotations:
To provide 24/7 coverage for the U.S. market, we operate in three shifts:
1st Shift: 07:00h – 14:00h
2nd Shift: 14:00h – 22:00h
3rd Shift: 22:00h – 07:00h

Candidate Requirements:
Language: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Skills: Strong computer skills, specifically with Google Workspace and spreadsheet management.

Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
Reliability: Precision in data entry and proactive communication with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
Real-time tracking of vehicles and freight.
Maintaining constant communication with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Updating internal systems and ELD monitoring.
Providing logistical support and solving on-road challenges.
