Track and Trace Specialist

We are looking for experienced: TRACK AND TRACE SPECIALIST,

Workplace is in our office in Cacak. 

Requirements for position Track and Trace specialist:

• Experience at this position in USA trucking companies of at least 6 months is absolutely necessary!!
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must!
• Minimum 6 months experience in US logistics/trucking – required
• Experience with AOD and Sylectus – mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tracking tools (MacroPoint, Samsara, Motive, etc.) is a plus
• Availability to work in shifts, 8-hour shifts:  2nd shift: 14:00 – 22:00  and  3rd shift: 22:00 – 06:00

We are looking for detail oriented and proactive Track and Trace specialist to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and trace shipments across the United States in real time
• Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate location and status updates
• Update brokers and customers with timely and professional load information
• Identify delays, issues, or risks and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate records in TMS and tracking systems
• Ensure all check calls are completed on time
