Pure Freight Lines, LTD is based in Franklin Park, IL USA, with offices in Merrillville, IN, Belgrade, Serbia and Podgorica, Montenegro.

We are a full-service carrier specialized in Intermodal, Expedite, LTL and FTL transportation.

We are seeking:

Track & Trace Specialist – Customer Service Representative in Logistics.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

As a track and trace specialist - customer service representative you would be the face, and voice, of our company. Customer service is one of the most important sectors of our business - it is who we are, it is what our customers remember us by. With excellent customer service we are able to build long lasting relationships that endure through the toughest of times. Some of your responsibilities would be of the following:

• Representing our company from the front lines
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely service
• Communicating with drivers, shippers, receivers and customers
• Taking calls and responding to emails
• Making calls and sending off emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Relaying all information to drivers from customers and the other way around
• You would be the bridge between our drivers and our customers
• Assisting with breakdowns
• Communicating any possible service failures timely to all parties
• Creating strategies to prevent possible service failures
• Maintaining relationships

As a part of the requirements needed to fill this position, we would ask that the candidate be one who is looking for a challenge where they can grow as an individual and in their career. Some of the requirements for the desired candidate are of the following:

• Must have previous experience in Tracking (Track and trace) - 1 year
• Absolutely fluent in English, written and spoken
• Readiness to work in shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), which include nights
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, ETC
• Social Skills
• Organizational Skills, before all the ability to multitask
• The candidate must be willing to work diligently and be committed to the job
• The candidate must be resourceful and have a creative mind
• Entrepreneurial Skills – we would want this individual to grow into a managerial position within the company that could help bring together factors of production
