We Are Hiring – Track & Trace Specialist (Belgrade Office)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Track & Trace Specialist to join our Belgrade office team. This role is office-based only and focuses on daily driver monitoring, documentation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Truck, Route & Transit Monitoring
• Track drivers in real time and confirm arrival at Pickups (PU) and Deliveries (DEL)
• Monitor routes to ensure on-time performance and anticipate potential delays
• Driver Communication & Coordination
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and internal teams
• Provide directions, updates, and operational support when needed
• Documentation Management
• Handle load paperwork (BOL, POD, shipment documents)
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Operational Support
• Assist with basic maintenance coordination
• Support load recovery when needed
• Use EFS for fuel/advance requests
• Help resolve daily transportation issues
• Shift Handover
• Share important updates to ensure smooth transition between shifts
• Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with Dispatch, Maintenance, ELD, Accounting, Safety, and Hiring teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in trucking/logistics
• Experience working with drivers (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of maintenance processes
• Experience with EFS (strong advantage)
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Team player with independent problem-solving mindset
