We are looking for:
Training & Development Specialist who will help in developing organization, organizational culture and improve as we continue to scale.
Tasks
Training Needs Analysis & Program Development
- Identifies training requirements in collaboration with technical managers and other departments.
- Designs, formats and maintains the annual training plan.
- Coordinates the training needs assessment process across the organization.
- Conducts annual and/or specific reviews of the training program, proposing improvements where needed.
- Initiates and supports the revision of the Training Program Manual.
- Analyzes reported non-conformities during training implementation and determines root causes.
Design & Development of Training Content
- Develops training resources, materials, and documentation.
- Creates, updates and publishes online trainings and e learning content based on organizational needs.
- Manages and administers e learning platforms, ensuring training content is accurate and up to date.
- Supports the development of digital learning solutions aligned with modern learning standards.
Training Delivery & Coordination
- Organizes and schedules training sessions according to the agreed timetable.
- Coordinates the booking of training rooms, equipment, and all logistical aspects.
- Organizes formal tests, exams, and other assessment methods.
- Supports the evaluation process of course achievements and training outcomes.
- Maintains positive relationships with external training institutions and partners.
Qualification & Quality Assurance
- Qualifies and certifies internal and external instructors.
- Participates in the evaluation of instructors.
- Collaborates with internal and external auditors during training program audits.
- Notifies responsible persons of any non-compliance during program implementation.
HRIS Administration & Training Records
- Enters, updates and maintains all training-related data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Tracks training attendance and follows up with participants and instructors.
- Documents individual training files and maintains training records in line with procedures.
- Organizes and archives digital and paper documentation related to training activities.
- Updates internal databases with employee information, qualifications, and development activities.
Project Coordination & HR Development Initiatives
- Coordinates internal projects related to employee qualifications, competency development and training initiatives.
- Participates in HR analytics activities and supports the creation and analysis of HR questionnaires.
- Supports onboarding programs for new employees and ensures smooth implementation.

Requirements
- University degree in social studies.
- Several years of experience in a similar position desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Good organizational and self-management abilities.
- Willingness to participate in daily operations within a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
