Training Specialist (Game Kontent Studio)

An international studio creating video content for the iGaming industry is looking for a Training Specialist to train studio personnel: game presenters, shufflers, and other staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing training programs and materials for new employees; conducting onboarding training.
• Planning training timelines, creating and managing schedules.
• Conducting training sessions and monitoring the performance of game presenters, shufflers, and other studio staff to improve their professional skills.
• Organizing retraining, seminars, and training sessions.
• Preparing and updating training guides, manuals, and procedures; overseeing their implementation.
• Participating in testing new games, procedures, and equipment, and providing structured feedback.
• Аsessing employees’ knowledge and skills throughout the training process.
• Conducting final exams and certifications.
• Collaborating with team leads, pit bosses, product owners, and other departments.
• Conducting introductory presentations and Welcome sessions for new hires.
• Preparing regular reports and participating in evaluating departmental KPIs.

Professional Skills

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent English (B2–C1); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with Jira/Confluence is an advantage.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Deep understanding of Blackjack/Roulette game mechanics, including strategy, differences, and specifics of game commentary.
• Excellent card dealing technique, card collection skills, and roulette spinning technique.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or team management is a plus.

Work Conditions

• Format: office, Belgrade, Mon–Fri, full-time.
• Employment type: official employment under Serbian labor law.
• Compensation: hourly rate + monthly KPI bonus.
• Flexible start of the working day: between 9:00 and 11:00.
