Transport Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing transport operations and preparing transport documentation in line with legal requirements
• Coordinating with carriers, subcontractors, and operational partners
• Preparing transport offers, pricing calculations, invoicing, and billing documentation
• Monitoring transport regulations and market trends
• Managing client communication related to operational transport activities
• Handling complaints, receivables, and documentation control
• Maintaining accurate records and business correspondence
• Supporting reporting activities and operational planning
• Assisting with warehouse and shipment control activities when required

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education in economics, logistics, technical, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or transport operations
• Active knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Category B driver’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability
