We have a unique opportunity for talented, ambitious and customer driven Sales & Service Travel Consultants to join our team based in Belgrade, to service customers in the UK & Germany.

Travel Consultant  - German language 

This pivotal role is all about our customers and filling our planes from the UK & Germany to our home Dubai and beyond. We are looking for people with experience, but importantly lots of enthusiasm and drive to deliver exceptional sales through service. As a Travel Consultant, you will need to be flexible, innovative and passionate and have the ability to work as part of a team and individually.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide award winning service primarily over the phone but also via LiveChat.
• By listening to our customers, truly understanding their needs and requirements, piece together exciting holiday experiences using your experience of our destinations.
• Ensure that all forms of contact are handled quickly and with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding sales & service performance targets against key indicators.
• Challenge the status quo by working collaboratively with all departments to continually improve our customer experience.
• Using initiative, keep up to date with product changes and personal development to always be one step ahead.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum High school education degree.
• Fluency in German and English language.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High computer literacy.
• Right to live and work in Serbia.
• Readiness to work in shifts, weekends included.
