Full-time · Remote · English-language environment · US client · Rotating shifts including weekends
GRP Talent Solutions is a Novi Sad-based customer support outsourcing company. We place dedicated, experienced support professionals with clients in the US, UK, and Australia. Our teams work exclusively for one client at a time — no shared pools, no call centers.
We are currently hiring two Travel Coordinators for a US-based client operating in the high-end corporate and entertainment travel industry. Their clients include some of the world's most recognised brands. This is a professional, fast-paced environment that demands precision, strong English communication, and genuine expertise in travel operations.
We are hiring for two positions. While both share the same core skills and requirements, each has a distinct focus: one position is dedicated to air travel coordination, and the other to land logistics — covering hotels and ground transportation. Please indicate in your application which position you are applying for.
What You Will Do
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to client inquiries via email and chat in a timely, professional manner
- Collect and confirm required booking details — traveler names, dates of birth, loyalty numbers, seating preferences, budgets, and other requirements
- Identify missing information and follow up proactively before deadlines are missed
- Book domestic and international flights using Concur (air-focused candidate) or coordinate hotel, ground transportation, and rooming list logistics (land-focused candidate)
- Manage booking confirmations, updates, cancellation windows, and documentation
- Track ticketing deadlines, approval workflows, and payment status
- Communicate with clients to gather travel details and provide updates
- Coordinate with senior agents and internal teams on complex or urgent requests
- Ensure all bookings align with client policies, internal procedures, and budget requirements
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, or a closely related field
- Strong written and verbal English communication — this is non-negotiable
- High attention to detail and accuracy — mistakes in travel bookings have real consequences
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and stay calm under pressure
- Experience with Concur is required for the air-focused position
- Hotel operations experience is required for the land-focused position
- Familiarity with booking platforms, CRM systems, or travel tools is an advantage
- Experience supporting corporate, entertainment, or production travel is a strong plus
The Right Person Is
- Organised and process-driven — you follow through on every detail
- Responsive and client-focused — you communicate clearly and promptly
- Proactive — you spot problems before they become issues
- A team player — you escalate when needed and support those around you
- Comfortable working in English all day, every day
What We Offer
- Full-time employment contract in accordance with Serbian labour law
- 20 days paid annual leave in accordance with Serbian labour law
- A professional, English-language work environment
- Work for a high-profile US client with an impressive roster of global brands
- Stable, long-term engagement — this is not a short-term project
- Remote work from anywhere in Serbia
Please note: this role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends. Total working hours are 40 hours per week.
