Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Truck Dispatcher to manage CDL Class A drivers operating in the U.S. market. This role requires strong communication skills, load planning abilities, and experience working with U.S. brokers and load boards.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and support CDL Class A drivers across U.S. lanes
• Book and negotiate loads using DAT and Truckstop
• Plan routes and maximize truck profitability (RPM)
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and brokers
• Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Handle detention, layover, TONU, and other accessorials
• Resolve road issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Knowledge of the U.S. freight market and lanes
• Experience with DAT and/or Truckstop
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team-oriented and problem-solving mindset
