We are an international fast-growing cosmetics company from Norway. We are now looking for a UGC Creative Strategist to join our Creative Team.

You will work as a performance-driven creative strategist, sourcing UGC content creators, writing direct response briefs, and helping us scale our UGC production into Central & Eastern Europe.

You will join an international team of 22 people and play a key role in expanding our creative output in new EU markets.

Tasks

  • Identify & recruit UGC creators in Europe (authentic, strong on-camera presence)
  • Manage 30 new videos per month
  • Coordinate with video editors to ensure content is optimized for paid ads
  • Translate & adapt scripts so messaging feels natural across markets
  • Test hooks, angles, and iterations for Meta ads platform

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience producing and scaling winning UGC video ads
  • You are deeply interested in UGC creatives - you analyze top ads, follow industry leaders, test new frameworks, and stay ahead of trends
