For one of our clients – an established international company known for delivering high-quality business services in a modern and dynamic environment, we are looking for a Uniform Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Uniforms Team, ensuring excellent administrative management, team development, and smooth workflow;
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all re-stocking requests are processed on time;
• Monitor stock movements, analyze trends, and identify potential red flags or inefficiencies;
• Ensure strict compliance with established procedures and continuously evaluate adherence;
• Maintain up-to-date documentation related to stock management and operational processes;
• Develop, document and propose new procedures or improvements to existing ones, especially those improving inventory efficiency and on-camera appearance consistency;
• Manage daily team activities including attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and holiday planning;
• Prepare detailed reports and high-quality documentation on operational performance and stock-related topics;
• Manage team members effectively and handle disciplinary documentation when required;
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with team standards and objectives;
• Conduct research and testing initiatives focused on improving consistency of on-camera appearance;
• Keep the Appearance Manager informed about key issues, challenges, improvements, and progress;
• Complete monthly KPIs for team members and contribute to refining performance indicators for optimal results;
• Actively communicate with suppliers, support negotiations, and build strong long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English (written and spoken);
• PC literacy and comfort working with stock management systems/software;
• Advanced attention to detail and precision in inventory and appearance standards;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration and supplier coordination;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stock/inventory management;
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or coordination experience;
• High presentation, self-discipline, and professional attitude, with the ability to handle diverse personalities effectively.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the fashion/textile/uniform industry or related background;
• Experience in process improvement and streamlining inventory workflows.
