Magnum Freight is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Recruiters for CDL drivers in the US market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sourcing, calling, and connecting with potential truck driver candidates
- Handling interviews, screening, and helping new hires through the onboarding process
- Following up on administrative procedures for employment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Working closely with our Operations teams to meet hiring goals
- Maintaining and updating the driver database

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months of truck driver recruitment experience for USA - based trucking companies
- Perfect English proficiency
- Ability to multitask
- A professional demeanor
- Excellent negotiation skills – you're confident talking to people and closing deals

Our shifts run from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, and all positions are office-based—no remote work available.
