UX/UI Designer

We are looking for: UX/UI Designer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong mobile-first portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Hands-on experience with Hotjar — heatmaps, recordings, surveys, and funnel analysis.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines (HIG & Material Design).
• Experience running and interpreting A/B tests and usability studies.
• Clear, confident communication skills — you can explain design decisions to non-designers

Nice to have:

• Experience in the gambling, fintech, or high-frequency consumer app industry.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to communicate more effectively with front-end teams.
• Understanding of responsible gambling UX and compliance requirements.
