Now we’re expanding our inbound marketing team and looking for a Senior Video Editor who can elevate our content across short-form and long-form formats.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for editing performance-driven short-form content and polished long-form assets that support our webinars, podcasts, product launches, and brand education initiatives.

This is not a “basic cutter” role.
 We’re looking for someone with strong pacing instincts, storytelling awareness, and social-first editing experience.

• TikTok videos
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Webinar clips
• Riverside podcast recordings
• Long-form YouTube episodes
• Educational/course content

You’ll help turn raw recordings into scroll-stopping content and clean, professional long-form assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level editing experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong command of tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• (Bonus: motion graphics experience)
• Deep understanding of short-form pacing
• Ability to add captions, hooks, dynamic cuts, and sound design
• Comfortable editing Riverside recordings
• Understanding of UGC style vs. polished brand style
• Organized, deadline-driven, proactive communicator
