For one of our clients - a company providing professional BPO services worldwide since 2014, connecting clients with local talent to ensure seamless communication and successful entry into the European market, we are looking for – Voice Support Specialist with Danish (Remote).

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest calls about bookings and inquiries;
• Help guests choose the perfect vacation home;
• Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations;
• Resolve payment questions quickly and smoothly;
• Promote extras like linen, cleaning, and add-ons;
• Deliver excellent service while boosting sales.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Danish and good English (B2+);
• Strong communication and sales skills;
• Friendly, customer-focused, and persuasive;
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results;
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus;
• Comfortable working from home independently.
