Warehouse Manager
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, electrical engineering technology, or a related technical or commercial field.
- Ability to read specifications from Purchase Orders (PO) and compare them with delivery documentation and CE/DoP certificates.
- Knowledge of procurement processes in construction projects (PO → GRN → MIS cycle).
- Experience working with MS Office, electronic document management systems, and knowledge of the Pantheon system.
- Ability to communicate in English in a business environment.
- Serbian language (spoken/written) and familiarity with Serbian regulations / local approval & compliance processes.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Forklift or material handling equipment certification
- Experience working with inventory management software
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, verify quantities against Purchase Orders, and check packaging condition and required documentation (CE marks, DoP, manufacturer certificates).
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and ensure accurate documentation of all deliveries.
- Reject or quarantine damaged or non-compliant materials and coordinate with Procurement and QA/QC teams.
- Maintain and update the warehouse inventory register, including quantities, locations, serial numbers, and material status.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement team to prevent shortages and track incoming orders.
- Process material requests from construction sites and issue materials with appropriate documentation.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant storage of all materials.
- Implement proper storage procedures and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles where applicable.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Support Quantity Surveying and Technical teams with accurate material tracking for project reporting and billing.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on warehouse operations, stock status, and material usage.
