Main Responsibilities
- Planning and Management: Based on departmental policies and the implementation status of the annual plan, formulate the team's annual and monthly work plans, and gradually implement and review them as weekly and daily plans; conduct
warehouse layout and planning based on company development. - Indicator Management: Ensure personal safety, forklift maintenance and safety management, company asset security,
accounting accuracy, material delivery accuracy, first-in-first-out management, logistics cost reduction and control, and unified management of all spare parts and components, including equipment, molds and processes. - Personnel Management: Developing job responsibilities, performance appraisals, conducting interviews with team members, organizing internal team training, implementing job rotation and multi-skilled worker development, building and improving talent pipelines, and submitting annual improvement proposals and performance evaluations.
- Carrier and outsourcing management: logistics and transportation bidding, price negotiation, transportation contract signing, transportation cost control and reduction, logistics provider assessment, and expense settlement management; supervision, management, and training of supplier and outsourcing personnel.
- Environmental protection and waste management: waste sales, price comparison with buyers, contract signing, online
application and submission of environmental system qualification documents, and management and disposal of hazardous chemicals; - System and institutional management: Developing warehouse management systems, operational standards and specifications, responding to and improving customer evaluations, conducting environmental system reviews, and developing systematic operating procedures.
- Turnover container management: packaging design review, container return confirmation, establishment and inspection of container maintenance and quality standards, and supplier turnover container management.
- Innovation Management: Develop improvement solutions, formulate improvement plans, learn and promote advanced
warehouse management system knowledge, implement implementation plans, continuously build advanced warehouse
management systems, align with the group's internationalization strategy, and improve the level of logistics information
management; - Delivery Management: Coordinate the daily management of delivery, including: customer order confirmation; daily delivery checks; transit warehouse inventory and accounting verification; monthly transit warehouse account payments, and other delivery-related management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Logistics Management or related field
- 5+ years warehouse experience in manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory warehouse role
- Preferably 2+ years in automotive parts environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse & logistics processes
- Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- ERP system proficiency and MS Office skills
- Forklift operation license (3+ years)
- Hazardous chemicals management certificate (preferred)
- Familiarity with automotive system standards (IATF, VDA etc.)
