We are currently hiring for Weekend Track & Trace - After-Hours Support Representative to assist our drivers and customers during off-hours.
Available Shifts (12-Hour Rotations)
- Saturday:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM CET)
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST (2:00 AM – 2:00 PM CET – Sunday)
- Sunday:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (2:00 PM – 2:00 AM CET – Monday)
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST (2:00 AM – 2:00 PM CET – Monday)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from drivers and clients
- Provide load updates, trailer locations, and status reports
- Handle and resolve delays, issues, and unexpected situations
- Support drivers and follow up on their needs throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
- Monitor and follow up on mechanical issues: Breakdowns
- Tire replacements
- PM services
Requirements
- Fluent English (Advanced level) – spoken and written
- Comfortable making and answering phone calls in English
- Strong grammar and communication skills
- Reliable and responsive during assigned shifts

- Able to retain information and adapt quickly
- Experience in: Trucking / dispatch (preferred)
- Customer service or support roles
