Main Responsibilities:

• Execute and control aluminium welding processes (MIG, Laser, FSW)
• Ensure welding quality and process stability.
• Optimize welding parameters to improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues promptly.
• Lead continuous improvement of welding processes.
• Track, analyze, and record welding debugging and process data.
• Create and maintain welding process documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 2–3 years of hands-on aluminium welding experience (MIG, Laser, FSW required).
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certificate is mandatory.
• Strong English skills and communication ability with customers.
• Skilled in KUKA robot programming.
• Familiar with Fronius welding systems and Scansonic ALO3/ALO4 laser heads.
