Work Optimization Engineer

WORK OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER.

Job description and line of supervision
Work Optimization Engineer is responsible for creating time calculations and incorporating changes and creates, introduce and monitor rationalization measures.
Reports directly to the Team leader in IE department.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Responsible for the implementation of new products in accordance with the customer's 
• Proposes changes to processes, procedures and work instructions, as well as optimizations to existing processes, designs workplaces and calculates the capacity    
• Deals with the implementation of new products in manufacturing by commissioning and adjusting functional parameters of the equipment according to the operating documentation
• Optimizes processes in production and processes the changes
• Responsible for the correct implementation in production of the changes made to the equipment and the parameters of machines according the change
• Responsible for respecting the deadline for the change implementation
• Deals with acquiring the equipment necessary for new projects (with the Purchasing Department
• Provide technical support if the technical knowledge of the staff from maintenance department can not solve the deviations occurring in the production process
• Take measures to solve the deviations occurring in the production process
• Work with the tools Kaizen / CIP, Poka Yoke, 5S

General requirements    

• University degree VI or VII degree (Technical science)
• Fluent English
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS Excel)
• Experience in Production or Engineering will be considered as an advantage
• Creativity and analytical thinking
• Structured and systematic approach
• Team player
