Nakon završenih ekonomskih studija sam rešio da se posvetim građenju karijere &nbsp;u finansijskoj instituciji, gde se Fortrade odmah u startu istakao sa posvećenošću i radu sa novim ljudima. Rođena sam u Beogradu i tu sam provela detinjstvo i period odrastanja. Tokom školovanja, isticala sam se kao organizator događaja i postigla zapažene rezultate na školskim takmičenjima, posebno u oblasti biologije, jezika i glume. Tokom studija projektnog menadžmenta, posebno sam se angažovala u takmičenjima iz marketinga, osvojivši više nagrada na balkanskom nivou i drugo mesto na internacionalnom Hakatonu a na temu obnovljivih resursa.
 
Svoju profesionalnu karijeru započela sam kao operater u sportskoj kladionici "Mozzart". Brz napredak doveo me je do pozicije šefa ekspoziture, gde sam imala priliku da optimizujem radne procese i da razvijem svoje veštine menadžmenta. Ta uloga je istakla moju prirodnu sklonost ka vođstvu, pružajući mi priliku da pronađem praktična rešenja za različite izazove.
 
Godine 2018. odlučila sam da krenem put Kine, gde sam radila u internacionalnoj kompaniji "Kai-Hui" kao predavač engleskog jezika, organizator nastavnih programa i trener za lokalne nastavnike engleskog. Međutim, 2020. godina donela je neočekivanu pandemiju koronavirusa, što me je podstaklo da se vratim u Beograd.
 
Odlučna da se ponovo posvetim svetu menadžmenta, prihvatila sam poziciju menadžera prodaje u prodavnici piva "BeerSheep". Tokom godine dana na toj poziciji, firma je prošla kroz značajne promene i postala prepoznatljivo mesto za uvoz i prodaju craft piva.
 
Godine 2021. donela sam odluku da se vratim korporativnom sektoru kao menadžer naloga u jednoj od vodećih brokerskih kuća na tržištu. Brz napredak doveo me je do pozicije vođe tima za svega devet meseci. Učešće u ključnim pilot projektima znatno je uticalo na dalji rad kompanije. Danas i dalje radim na istoj poziciji, kontinuirano gradeći svoju karijeru.

I was born in Belgrade and spent my childhood and adolescence there. During my schooling, I stood out as an event organizer and achieved notable results in school competitions, especially in biology, languages, and drama. While studying project management, I particularly engaged in marketing competitions, winning several awards at the Balkan level and securing second place in an international hackathon on renewable resources.
 
I began my professional career as an operator at the sports betting company "Mozzart". Rapid progress led me to the position of branch manager, where I had the opportunity to optimize work processes and develop my management skills. This role highlighted my natural inclination towards leadership, providing me with opportunities to find practical solutions to various challenges.
 
In 2018, I decided to embark on a journey to China, where I worked at the international company "Kai-Hui" as an English language lecturer, organizer of educational programs, and trainer for local English teachers. However, the year 2020 brought an unexpected coronavirus pandemic, prompting me to return to Belgrade.
 
Determined to recommit myself to the world of management, I accepted the position of sales manager at the beer store "BeerSheep". During my year in that position, the company underwent significant changes and became a recognizable place for the import and sale of craft beer.
 
In 2021, I made the decision to return to the corporate sector as an account manager at one of the leading brokerage firms in the market. Rapid advancement led me to the position of team leader within just nine months. Participation in key pilot projects significantly influenced the company's further work. Today, I continue to work in the same position, continuously building my career.
