Proces selekcije
Kako izgleda proces selekcije u Fortrade-u?
Znamo da je promena posla ili prvo zaposlenje stresno za svaku osobu. Menjate sredinu, pitate se kako ćete se uklopiti sa novim kolegama, koliko ćete se dobro slagati sa novim šefovima, da li ćete imati priliku da napredujete, ali i kako sam proces selekcije izgleda i koliko traje. To je i razlog ovog teksta, da se bolje upoznate sa našim procesom selekcije pre nego što aplicirate, kako biste tačno znali šta vas očekuje na tom putu u novo.
Proces selekcije u Fortrade-u je podeljen u 4 faze:
1. Pregled pristiglih biografija
2. Telefonski intervju
3. Face-to-face intervju
4. Plaćena petodnevna obuka
1. Pregled pristiglih biografija
Kako biste uspešno prošli prvu fazu u procesu selekcije, molimo dobro pročitajte zahteve za posao koje ta pozicija podrazmeva, a koji su opisani u samom oglasu za posao. Ukoliko Vaš CV odgovara tim zahtevima, Vaš prolazak u sledeću fazu je izvestan. Ukoliko pak Vaša znanja i veštine ne odgovaraju opisu posla za koji ste aplicirali, poslaćemo Vam email da niste prošli u sledeću fazu selekcije.
2. Telefonski intervju
Nakon što proverimo Vaš CV i zaključimo da odgovara navedenim zahtevima za posao za koji ste aplicirali, sledi druga faza – telefonski intervju.
Ukoliko ste aplicirali za poziciju koja podrazumeva znanje engleskog jezike, telefonski intervju će biti na engleskom jeziku.
Tokom telefonskog intervjua proćićemo zajedno kroz Vaš CV, popričati o Vašem prethodnom iskustvu, pružiti Vam više informacija o samom poslu i kompaniji i generalno steći opšti utisak o Vama i tome koliko bi Vam odgovarao posao za koji ste aplicirali.
Ukoliko u razgovoru sa Vama steknemo utisak da bi Vam pozicija odgovarala, nakon telefonskog intervjua Vam šaljemo email sa uputstvom i materijalima koje treba da pripremite za face-to-face intervju i nakon toga dogovaramo termin intervjua.
3. Face-to-face intervju
Face-to-face intervju se održava u našim kancelarijama i u ovom koraku proveravamo koliko ste dobro pripremili i proučili materijale koje smo Vam poslali nakon telefonskog intevjua. Nakon provere, razgovaraćemo o uslovima rada, imaćete priliku da nam postavljate pitanja u vezi samog posla, kompanije ili drugih tema relevatnih za posao, provešćemo Vas kroz kompaniju kako biste se bolje upoznali sa radnim okruženjem i nakon toga u roku od 2-3 dana poslaćemo Vam obaveštenje da li ste pozvani na obuku.
4. Obuka
Obuka traje 5 radnih dana i uključuje prolazak kroz osnove samog posla. Ovih 5 dana se plaća kroz dodatno uvećanje plate u 6. mesecu rada ukoliko dobijete posao. Na obuci ćete naučiti sve što je potrebno da znate kako biste bili uspešni u svom poslu. Tokom obuke vršimo evaluaciju Vašeg znanja i veština i ukoliko ste savladali materijale i umete da ih primenite...

What does the selection process look like at Fortrade?
We understand that changing jobs or starting your first job can be stressful for anyone. You're transitioning to a new environment, wondering how you'll fit in with new colleagues, how well you'll get along with new bosses, whether you'll have opportunities for advancement, and what the selection process itself looks like and how long it takes. That's why we're sharing this information—to give you a better understanding of our selection process before you apply, so you know exactly what to expect on this journey.
The selection process at Fortrade is divided into 4 stages:
1. Review of received resumes
2. Phone interview
3. Face-to-face interview
4. Paid five-day training
1. Review of received resumes
To successfully pass the first stage of the selection process, please carefully read the job requirements outlined in the job posting. If your resume meets those requirements, you're likely to proceed to the next stage. However, if your skills and experience don't match the job description you applied for, we'll send you an email informing you that you haven't progressed to the next stage of the selection process.
2. Phone interview
After reviewing your resume and confirming that it meets the job requirements, the second stage follows—the phone interview. If you applied for a position that requires English language skills, the phone interview will be conducted in English. During the phone interview, we'll go through your resume together, discuss your previous experience, provide you with more information about the job and the company, and generally get a sense of you and how well the job you applied for would suit you. If we feel that the position would be a good fit for you during the conversation, we'll send you an email with instructions and materials to prepare for the face-to-face interview, and then schedule the interview.
3. Face-to-face interview
The face-to-face interview takes place in our offices, and at this stage, we assess how well you've prepared and studied the materials we sent you after the phone interview. After the assessment, we'll discuss the terms of employment, you'll have the opportunity to ask us questions about the job, the company, or other topics relevant to the job, we'll give you a tour of the company so you can better familiarize yourself with the work environment, and then within 2-3 days, we'll send you a notification whether you've been invited to the training.
4. Training
The training lasts for 5 working days and covers the basics of the job itself. These 5 days are paid through an additional salary increase in the 6th month of employment if you're hired. During the training, you'll learn everything you need to know to be successful in your job. We evaluate your knowledge and skills during the training, and if you've mastered the materials and can apply them...
