ITACET is a young company. It was formed in late 2014 by six friends and ex-colleagues - all from IT industry.
Our plan for the first three years is to evolve across three facets - Microsoft Cloud, testing and software development.
Our offices are in Belgrade and London and a partner office in Amsterdam.

What are "must-haves" for candidates interested in working at ITACET?
You must be able to demonstrate during the hiring process that you can do what the company needs.
Excellent command of English language is as critical - across formal, informal, oral and written formats. Our entire business happens in English - all client, partner and internal company communications take place in English. Another extra language will always be looked upon favourably.

What should candidates be prepared for?
We're a new company. While vision and strategy are clearly set, a candidate should keep in mind that their job will be more than just "9-to-5" and more than just a job spec. Having ideas and sharing them is encouraged and expected. Being precious about them is not. Developing them is rewarded.
So, have a thick skin, be prepared to share and you will grow with the company.

We will respond to all applications. We may not be interested in all, so help us by making your resume stand out. Job specification is king - we need your skills and experience. But, we need to be sure you will like us and feel at home with us, so feel free to tell us a story or two.

We're busy and you're busy. Our interviews are typically in two parts over 2-3 days. Details of will be in the response to your application.

If you are still keen and we believe you to be a good fit, it's likely that we'll be able to wrap up an offer within a week from the end of interviews. During that time, we will state our intent and be available to meet socially, informally or chat by phone to give you every opportunity to feel comfortable with us.

Each position at ITACET comes with clear development, remuneration, incentive and advancement plans. These will be jointly agreed at the start and reviewed quarterly. You will know what is expected of you and what you will get for delivering it. Most importantly, you will never hit a ceiling when delivering above expectations.
In terms of where your seat may be - you can expect movement. Home, Belgrade office, London, Amsterdam, client site or professional conference, so keep your passport valid.
