Being a person who loves challenges, I applied for the position of Junior Business Plan Researcher and Writer at Joorney, even though I was not very fond of either writing or analyzing financial statements. The biggest part of my job now consists of these two things, and the fact is I really enjoy doing it. My job is dynamic and diverse, and each workday is different. Each project I work on is unique and brings a lot of new information about different industries and business models, which enables me to expand my knowledge in multiple areas. Joorney has provided me with an environment where I can overcome my insecurities, improve my skills, and grow both professionally and personally. One of the greatest assets of this company is a highly professional and collaborative team that pays attention to my interests and qualities, and continuously supports my growth.
