Despite being a Law graduate with little to no prior editorial experience, once I had applied for the open proofreading job at Joorney, I never looked back. Aided by a friendly, dynamic team around me, I quickly became comfortable with the workload and attention to detail required as an Editor, while also enjoying the feeling of having a genuine positive impact on our clients’ own lives and careers. In my role, I not only help to ensure the creation of well-written, persuasive business plans for the North American market, but also encourage the development of our in-house writers. Aside from my job scope, the flexibility afforded (in terms of working from home) is a great plus!
