One of my proudest success stories is when I moved from Operations to Tech Department and joined a team, which at the time had only 5-7 members. Today, that team has grown to over 30-35 experts working for various clients, with new members joining almost every month. I played a key role in this growth by personally training many of the new team members, teaching them how to configure ConceptOne and manage business analyst tasks. Contributing to the team's expansion and success is something I’m truly proud of.
My favorite project was my first as a Business Analyst when I managed production tickets in Zendesk and worked on key projects like report creation and ConceptOne configuration. Although these tasks were new to me, I excelled with the support of my teammates and even earned praise from the client COO. My team and I successfully met the client's demands, and later, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge with my colleagues through bootcamps and American Insurance Academy as a trainer.
