Originally, Corteco was founded in 1932 in Pinerolo (IT). To this day, it is one of the biggest global manufacturer of valve stem seals and other especially designed seals.

Since 1936, CORTECO joined Freudenberg and became one of the leading suppliers of components for the Independent Automotive Aftermarket. As a member of the global Freudenberg Group, CORTECO supplies over 26,000 products in OEM quality. It offers a wide range of products for dynamic and static sealing, silicone paste, brake hoses, crankshaft pulleys, other vibration control parts, cabin air filters, suspension and steering parts, air springs … the same quality as it delivered to our partners, car manufacturers.

Independent garages have trust in CORTECO spare parts and therefore benefit from the original quality made by Freudenberg.

Freudenberg, Mother Company, was established in 1849 in Weinheim where it's headquarters and R&D Center for new technologies are. Beside CORTECO, today under the Freudenberg's wing are the companies which supply high end products for production in automotive and truck industries, agriculture, construction machineries, trains, ships, aero-space industries.
