Founded in 2003 in a seaside apartment, ReSource Pro has grown into a global leader in insurance operations solutions. In 2024, we established our Serbia office as a strategic delivery center providing premium client services.

We exclusively focus on helping our clients- insurance organizations in North America and the UK - thrive through strategic advisory, tech-enabled services, and comprehensive front-, middle-, and back-office support.

With over 10,000 employees across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, we are trusted by more than 1,800 clients.We have achieved an average annual growth rate of 20% for more than two decades, and a client retention rate of over 96%.
