I’ve decided to join Resource Pro for multiple reasons, but main factors would be company’s strong reputation in the industry and opportunities to work in and environment that fosters growth and innovation.

I truly enjoy the experience so far because it is completely refreshing for me. This company stands out because its genuinely committed to the values it promotes externally so employees’ satisfactions are not just the buzzwords, they are deeply integrated in the company culture. The people are warm and the office atmosphere is vibrant and everyone is supportive and there is a lot of mutual respect.

One of the memorable achievements that I can recall is when I had to prepare a very complex document for a client with a very short deadline. The client was satisfied with the result that they initially thought that the document was created in house rather than being outsourced. I got contribution for my work and my contributions are acknowledged.

This is a great place to work. Everyone’s opinions matter and mutual respect is the core of our interactions.  We respect that everyone’s coming with a different experience and different background but we strive to the company culture is that we work as a one team. Even though our global offices are separated by hundreds or even thousands of miles, it always feels like there's someone ready to support us—and someone we can reach out to for help. That’s why I truly feel like I’m part of one united global team.
