The first step in our recruitment process is a job advertisement emphasizing our vibrant culture and opportunities.
The recruitment process typically consists of three rounds of interviews: an HR interview, a technical interview, and a final interview with the Team Lead and Country Manager.
While the first two interviews are conducted online, the final interview is usually in person. After selection, we extend a formal job offer and begin a thorough onboarding journey to ensure a smooth transition.
We prioritize providing constructive feedback to all candidates, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and respect throughout the hiring process. Average Recruitment time is 30 days :)
