WWH and Vamed joined forces

The international project business of Vamed Engineering was sold by Fresenius SE & Co KGAA to the WWH Group with effect from April 1, 2025.

VAMED provides services for hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The company, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, was founded in 1982. Since 1984, VAMED Engineering has been active in the areas of real estate development, facility and hospital management.

To date, the company has completed around 1,000 projects in more than 98 countries.
