About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team.
► Maintenance of B2B E-commerce systems.
► Daily communication with local sales representatives worldwide and supporting them with understanding of new features and functionalities.
► Configuration, testing (UAT) and maintenance of the software backoffice as well as different integrated systems.
► Collecting business requirements from local sales representatives and reporting them to Topic Owner in a form of a ticket.
► Documentation: Creating various kinds of documents (text and presentations).
► Working with other teams (internal) to ensure the highest possible quality of service and delivery.
► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or similar) with focus on IT
► Great communication skills, analytical thinking, strong self-management, customer centric way of working and passion of putting theory into practice.
► Ability to work in cross-functional teams and international environment, handling multiple stakeholders.
► Basic knowledge in SAP ERP SD module (order, delivery, invoice) is required.
► Experience in managing and supporting IT solutions is required.
► Experience in e-commerce (B2B segment) will be considered as an advantage.
► Experienced with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence etc.) and basic understanding of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) will be considered as an advantage.
► Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English.
