  • Administration of HSE (Health and Safety) procedures, supporting documentation, creation and updating of HSE communication channels (Docupedia)
  • Support in HSE trainings, administration of documentation for official cars
  • Assistance in coordinates regular facility maintenance (breakdowns, hygiene, restaurant)
  • Creation of purchase orders, FCM training, creation and maintenance of the FCM Docupedia page
  • Assistance with onboarding training, recording and issuing mechanical keys to employees
  • Administration of documentation for company cars

Qualifications
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in a technical or business-related field (e.g. Engineering, Management, or Business Administration)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • English language proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

As part of the Facility Management team, you will be responsible for space management, maintenance, and supply services, as well as managing restaurants, parking systems, company vehicles, and technical security systems for facilities and employees. This includes tasks such as access control, video surveillance, mechanical key management, and addressing any issues or malfunctions within company-owned spaces.
