Mobility Aftermarket Sales Department Intern

Job Description

Providing technical support to sales/marketing personnel
First-level evaluation of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial)
Handling of old-core products belonging to Bosch eXchange program
Translation of marketing materials and product manuals
Administration of processes connected with technical trainings
Ad-hoc on-site support for repairs, installations, and warranty checks
Providing support for different sales team activities

Qualifications

Recent graduate or last year student of Technical Faculty or similar
Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel
Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
Category B driving license with clean record
