



As an intern in our team, you will work together with the Scrum Master and project coordinators on one of the company’s most important digital projects: the implementation and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA system.
Focus and main responsibilities
- Optimization of project processes: Supporting the Scrum Master in improving the process of working with user requirements. You will participate in the full cycle: from collecting requirements and analyzing them to preparing the final documentation.
- Facilitation: Facilitating and moderating daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and workshops.
- Quality and review of user requirements documentation: Introducing and applying AI tools for quality control within the requirements management process. You will check whether user requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with standards before they move into development.
- Tracking metrics and reporting: Visualizing data on the progress of requirement implementation and creating reports for different levels of stakeholders.
- Operational support: Assisting the project coordinator in tracking deadlines and task statuses, as well as carrying out smaller independent project tasks with mentorship.

As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
