Technical Support & Sales Operations Internship

Job Description

Supporting sales and marketing team with technical information and documentation
Assisting in first-level review of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial aspects)
Supporting processes related to Bosch eXchange program products
Translating marketing materials and product documentation
Assisting in administration and coordination of technical trainings
Providing support during repairs, installations, and warranty checks
Supporting various operational and administrative sales activities

Qualifications

Final-year student or recent graduate in Technical Faculty or similar field
Good organizational and communication skills
Good analytical skills and attention to details
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
