Welcoming ICEX Vives Spanish interns in Ardagh Metal Packaging Serbia

In 2022, our company started a collaboration with ICEX Vives, an organization sponsored by the Spanish government, which supports young graduates to advance or start their careers, gaining professional experience outside Spain during a 1-year long journey. Last year, Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe welcomed 14 interns who were placed in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, and France. 

This year, we welcomed 16 new interns, some of whom have already joined us during February and March, and some who will be starting their internships in April 2024. They will be located across Europe and also join different functions such as HR, Continuous Improvements, Finance, Procurement, Internal Communications, etc.

Serbia hosts 3 interns who will be gaining the experience within accounting and internal communications departments.
