We are delighted to welcome the candidates to our selection process which typically includes a technical assessmet and a competency based interview.
Tecnical skills assessement is designed to identify and measure the specific skill set required for the position, in the form of a written test, computerized assessment, technical presentation etc. The competency based interview aims to discover the soft skills and unique potentials of each candidate. Depending on the position, other forms of assessments may be involved as well.
