When I first started working in the iGaming industry, I had no idea it would lead me to a Team Manager position. My journey here has been anything but conventional. I started out in front of the cameras, and today I lead a team of people doing exactly that job.

What I enjoy most is that no two days are the same. There’s no typical 9-to-5 routine, and the dynamic nature of the job keeps me constantly engaged. As a Team Manager, I spend most of my time with my team. Through daily conversations, evaluations, and feedback, we work together to help everyone grow and become the best version of themselves.

What makes this especially meaningful to me is that I’ve been through the same journey they’re on today. This allows me to understand their challenges, as well as the excitement that comes with the job. I strive to be someone they can turn to, whether they need to solve a problem in a split second or simply need some support.

For me, Red Carat has above all provided an opportunity to learn, grow, and work with people I can learn something from every day. And that’s what keeps me coming to work with the same energy and enthusiasm.
