Leonid Selivanov

I have been working at Red Carat since the company opened in Serbia. My responsibilities include setting up and maintaining studio facilities, as well as ensuring that all equipment remains fully operational and reliable.

One of the things I enjoy most about my job is the variety of tasks and the dynamic work environment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, whether I’m troubleshooting technical issues, improving existing systems, or supporting new projects.

I also appreciate the opportunity to develop new skills and grow professionally within an international company. What makes the experience even more valuable is the team. As an international employee, I truly appreciate how warmly I was welcomed from the very beginning. I’m still learning Serbian, and my colleagues have always been patient and supportive throughout the process, making it easy to feel included and part of the team. For me, this kind of environment makes a real difference and creates opportunities to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
