My start at Red Carat was intense, but also very exciting. During my first few weeks, I went through both theoretical and practical training, and the biggest challenge was applying what I had learned in real-life situations. With the support of my colleagues, I quickly became part of the team and gained confidence in my work.

What I enjoy most is that every day is different. The job involves preparation, communication, monitoring the work of colleagues during live broadcasts, and handling various situations throughout the shift. It requires focus, responsibility, and good communication skills, but it also offers the opportunity to learn and improve every day.

My advice to future colleagues would be to stay open to learning and not be afraid to ask questions. The beginning can be challenging, but with proper training and team support, everything becomes easier! Red Carat has given me the opportunity to gain new knowledge, develop my skills, and grow through everyday experience.
