Vanja Tešić

As a Senior Recruiter, I’m responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy. In addition, I oversee employer branding, organize career fairs and other events, and contribute to the development of our employee benefits system.

I’m one of the first employees at Red Carat, so it means a lot to me that I’ve had the opportunity to help build the team and get to know all my colleagues through the recruitment process, whom I now work with every day.

What I particularly value is the autonomy and flexibility in my work, the international environment, working with wonderful young people, and the organizational culture we’re building together. There’s truly nothing quite like being part of a company where hard work, initiative, and going the extra mile are recognized and genuinely appreciated.
