Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Support ad hoc business & office needs and requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in effective communication, both written and spoken, in English and Serbian.
