ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Ideal candidate will work closely with Managing Director and Board of Directors to provide administrative and organizational support according to planned day-to-day curriculum of the CANSEE organization
- The core of the job would include administrative tasks, but also participation in meetings together with the Managing Director and other members of the organization
- The candidate will be involved in preparing materials and presentations for the internal and external meetings
- It will be expected from office assistant to get involved in divers activities such as assistance in marketing campaigns, events organization, organization web content management, social network presence, as well as other administrative and technical issues
Required experience and qualifications:
- University degree with at least 3 years of experience on similar positions preferable in international companies and organizations
- Experience in organizing meeting and keeping Minutes of the meetings
- Experience in organizing and processing incoming mail and documentation within the whole system
- Basic experience in bookkeeping and managing petty cash
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Serbian are a must, French is an advantage

- Highly motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with members, clients and peers
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (or alternative Apple apps)
- Proficient with Google applications: gMail, gCalendar, gDocs
- Understanding of web site (Wordpress) content management
- Understanding of Adobe creative applications (Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
- Exposure to social networks (Linked-in, Twitter)
- Proficient with PC and/or Mac computers
