We are seeking a Business Development Associate who has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client service are essential to maintaining and growing our business.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and preparing presentations using Canva and PowerPoint
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development internal strategies
- Assist with increasing the lead conversion numbers on all external projects
- Create internal as well as all external reports concerning project and clients
- Assist with handling the technology side of our business
- Handle scraping, qualifying and organizing leads
- Organize meetings, help present new ideas and initiatives with clients
- Create and assist with outbound and inbound campaigns
- Develop buyers persona, value propositions, work on pipeline development and create competitor analysis documents
- Create proposals for existing customers to better help them with their business while utilizing company products
- Assist with creating resources and tutorials clients
- Assist with social media strategy for clients
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, political sciences or related field
- 2+ years in a lead generations field or a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal capability
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
- An understanding and familiarity on how to create reports
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Skills required: Communication, marketing experience, sales
- Data analysis experience desired
- Project management skills
- Bonus- experience with the following softwares: Hubspot, Canva, ClickUp, Zapier, Lemlist
