Role Overview:
As our Business Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in connecting our clients and employees. Working inside a team, your responsibilities will include strategic planning, operational management, employee development, and comprehensive reporting. You'll be a key figure in optimizing our internal processes and ensuring our team consistently delivers exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and track KPIs for teams and individuals, and analyze call/email trends to devise strategies for enhanced agent performance.
- Implement and refine call center processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and oversee the onboarding of new hires.
- Lead team meetings and manage employee absences in coordination with clients.
- Design and execute training programs.
- Create training manuals.
- Produce weekly performance reports.
- Create client-specific reports for enhanced communication and transparency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in an outsourcing environment is essential.
- Comfortable communicating in English at a C1 or C2 level, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Adaptable to evolving business environments and changing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities when leading teams or projects.
