Business Support Assistant

Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management support and consecutive translating (English language)
- Experience in daily administrative operations, preferably with basic accounting knowledge
- Good organizational skills, accuracy in work, strong deadline and tasks commitment
- Appealing communication skills with excellent social competences
- Ability to work in an intercultural environment, with proficient communication abilities
- Fluency in English, experience in written and oral translation
- Driving licence
- Advanced computer skills (MS office)
Job description:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager
- Conduct consecutive and written translation from English to Serbian and vice versa, including field meetings support to GM
- Draft routine correspondence, memoranda and reports. Format more complex documents
- Provides complex administrative support and organizes administrative work of a department.
- May plan, direct and co-ordinate activities of designated, business supporting projects
- Research and perform basic analyses of data effectively and accurately.
- Work with a variety of individuals, taking on feedback where appropriate to assist in business support delivery for staff
- Responsible for all payroll processes, management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of timesheets, computing wages, and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
- Facilitate implementation of Personnel administrative formalities and documents processing
- Perform other related duties as required
