Boston Chauffeur is a leader in the ground transportation industry. Our office and garage are in Peabody, MA, and our fleet is comprised of luxury sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, and buses, as well as specialty vehicles for special occasions. Having said that, the company's primary service area is Boston. However, by utilizing several carefully selected partners, we service our clients worldwide, wherever their travels may take them.
Our remote customer service team is the heart of our day-to-day operations, and the company's growth is in direct proportion to the performance of the remote customer service team.

Although experience in the ground passenger transportation industry would be a plus, every limo company operates differently. Accomplishments are great, but motivation to succeed is better.

Native-level English - we need you to sound and speak like a native. Most of our high-end clientele is from the US, and having no detectable accent is necessary to ensure convenience and seamless communication.

Computer savvy - this position involves working with a few different types of applications: Google Suite, CRM, VoIP phone, business SMS, fleet tracking software, and dispatch/reservations software. No coding knowledge is needed, but you would be the go-to person for any basic software-related issues others in the company may have. You would also need to be versatile.

This position requires great attention to detail, as well as effective communication and leadership skills. You would quickly need to adopt all the processes to be able to improve them and implement new ones. Aside from overseeing the customer service team, you would be involved in these activities, handling the most sensitive of clients in a way that demonstrates that you can do it better than those who report to you.

The numerous tasks require your ability to perform, as well as to delegate and assist the delegates.

This position requires you to be flexible - Your presence and performance as a team leader will directly contribute to the company's growth. With the wide range of responsibilities, we are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to devote time and energy to this premium limo company. This position directly reports to and works with the CEO and the rest of the executive team. Although your main responsibilities should be fulfilled between 6 AM and 6 PM EST Monday - Friday, you would have to be willing and ready to jump in outside of these hours should the need for your attention arise (e.g. if a customer-service-related issue occurs or an agent is not able to make it to their shift). Flexibility is a must.
